Georgia requires rabies every year but a few of the counties have exceptions I think. Rabies should ALWAYS be given at a different time than other vaccines...about two weeks before of after the other ones because it is responsible for many reactions (and you can't tell what the dog is reacting to if other vaccines are given on the same day) and too many at one time is harder on their bodies.
DHLPP is distemper, hepatitis, leptosporosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza.
I would do DHPP as a one year booster and then after that you can pick whatever protocol you want (titering, or vaccinating every three years, or no more vaccines....).
Lepto is very controversial and should only be given if absolutely necessary. The vaccine has killed Yorkie puppies. I would prefer to get this in a single if it had to be done instead of in the combo but that is my opinion.
