I don't know. I just recharge mine with a Pay-As-You-Go refill. I don't use it much so I don't need many minutes...so I don't have a monthly plan. I just popped my Tmobile SIM card out of my broken phone and stuck it into the new one and it works.
Maybe someone else on here knows how those Ebay ones work with actual Plans.... anyone?
