Default Rory's due for her annual vaccines - can someone help me break this down, please?

I just got the reminder card that Rory is due for her vaccines.

It says she is due:

Rabies dog one year vaccination;
DHLPP vaccination (I need the help with this one!);
Fecal flotation exam.

I have read lots on the forum, and I think I have a basic understanding. I want to get her the 3 years rabies vaccine if it is offered in Georgia (anyone know?). I don't know what all the letters stand for in the second vaccination. I believe I can have titers run to see if she has high enough levels in her system still?

Rory is 14 months and approximately 9 pounds - not overweight at all, just a BIG yorkie. She does have to get bordetella every 6 months as she attends daycare everyday while we are at work - so I can't skip out on that one.

So which ones does she NEED? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My bullmastiff was diagnosed with cancer at 6 and died shortly before his 8th birthday, and I still question what caused him to get cancer at such a young age - I'll never know, and we all did the best we could, but I'm so cautious now that I don't want to put anything in Rory's body that isn't necessary or required by law!
