can you go to like a hardware store and get that pink insulation styrofoam> You could glue a few together to get it as thick as you need- i know it is MORE than long enough. and then like someone said you can drape it in satin fabric to make it look shiney! You could even print out the icons and use felt to recreate them on the satin!!
