My Izze and Chachi--both abused rescues don't like toys. Occassionally I'll catch Chachi flinging a toy, however that is usually fleeting. Both love chews though. I think that they just down know how... or they have no interest. They have to poodles to learn from (who love toys), however they still don't care.
