I don't know anything about them, but my old one broke a week or so ago and I bought an "Unlocked" one off Ebay for cheap and it works just fine. But I do a pay-as-you-go plan thru Tmobile. So, ... if someone texts alot thats probably not for them. But maybe Ebay has some w/ no contract, etc? I see they even sell SIM cards on there. Who knows what they do now to get around long term contracts.
