he doesnt have any significant freckles on the roof of his mouth like that you would see from a maltese... well i only know maltese of have freckles on there bodies (i'm a dog groomer) but his mouth wasnt a solid colors maybe just tiny dots of darker spots between each little ridge, but not big 'spots' is that what you were talking about?
