PLEASE find a NEW VET and go there ASAP.
Your new baby most likely has Kennel Cough, this needs to be addressed and he needs to be on antib's - and with the cold weather approaching, kennel cough can turn into pneumonia.
Nutrical needs to be given (pea size amount) a few times a day.
