I just got back from South Korea. My husband and I bought a Yorkie there. It was from a place called Cool Pet at the IPark Mall in Yongsan. The place had a vet on site who was extremely good. I honestly thought our dog was from some poorly bred puppy mill, but he has the perfect coloring, he is very calm, rarely barks, good with kids and hasn't had any health issues. He is very healthy and many local Yorkie owners here in GA have comented that he seems so well bred. Unfortnately I have no proof of his lineage, but I never asked. You could try and ask. I never bought a dog from a pet store before, and proably never will again. But things as you know are done differently in Korea. And I reccomend this place highly. They did all his initial shots, including rabies for free. He had regular free vet checks when we brought him for his shots. They even did a test on the vaccines they gave him to make sure he had enough antibodies in his blood streem. And if a vaccine did not take they re did it.
