My answer would be Yes, he's setting your Yorkie up for aggression.
If you want a calm and loving puppy you need to be calm and loving.
Even playing tug of war can cause aggression down the road.
Tell you hubby it's great to play with your pup but he must be more calm
in his playing or you won't like what your pups grows up to be.
It won't be his fault either.
I hope hubby listen's and rethinks his way of playing in the future.
