Hello: How does your Yorkie handle long rides in the car? (ie - 4 hours +)

We are taking Brady with us to Toronto and I'm really curious to see how she handles the drive. Also, since she is used to being able to pee/poo whenever she wants on the pad at home I wonder if she'll be able to hold it?
