One of two things come to mind....he is cold or he is frightened. Yorkies don't usually have the shakes like you see in chihuahuas.
Personally I don't think puppy has a cold...it sounds like kennel cough.
I would also advise taking puppy to a vet that's not affiliated with the pet store
