I would take him to a vet right away that isn't associated with the store.
I would also give the puppy Nutracal (or honey or Kayro Syrup) and make sure he's being kept warm. I use a warm water bottle and a space heater in my puppies area of the home. She wears a sweater when she's out in the main area of the house.
