I see you say you bought him from a pet store? Have you taken it to your vet for a wellness visit after you got him? I say this since some Pet Stores are known to not have the healthiest of dogs. If he continues to shake unprovokingly(not cold, startled or seeming stressed), I would definitely let a vet get a look at him.
