I'm leaning toward #1: the cute, pretty one, as opposed to #2: the cute, practical one.
#1 is a 6 month old pup with show potential, but will need to be housebroken, neutered, and will likely exhibit puppy behaviors like chewing. He will be a challenge.
#2 is 1 year old, housebroken, neutered, and settled. He should fit into my pack with minimal effort.
