I'm no expert by any means...but, My thoughts are if you are using pads and going outside, you may be confusing her. I think you should do one or the other. I've heard of so many people that use pads that have problems with it taking longer to train. JMHO.......

Also I think it would be very helpful to crate train. I've crate trained 4 dogs and never had a problem with potty training. If I couldn't watch them they went in their crate. When I got Myah, hubby thought it was mean to put her in her crate while Chloe' was free. But, I haven't had any trouble with more than a couple accidents. The crate is a life saver.
