I am by no means a Yorkie expert, I have a six month old Yorkie puppy who has the same problems as Franny -she is sneaky. The best luck I have had is learning her schedule, walking her every two hours at first and really observing when she goes (and what she does).

I have been doing that for about two weeks and I am finally getting her schedule down. We are four days without an accident in the house knock on wood. I am also trying the reward system, I bought some Cheerio's which she loves...when she goes potty outside she gets a Cheerio. It is kind of funny, my neighbors must think I am nuts on the walks because I use a really excited voice and say "Someone gets a Cheerio" and she wiggles and gets all excited.
