That is horrible. I don't know how anyone with a conscience (?) can do that. Anyway, isn't illegal to do roadside sales? I know it's illegal to sell under the age of 8 weeks and even that's too young in my point of view.
There was a show on Judge concerning a puppy that was sold by a guy in a pickup truck on the side of the road and of course the couple that bought the puppy were suing due to the puppy's health issues that it was having. One of them being that it was not eating at all initially. Anyway, sadly the sellers won on a technicality. Even Judge Alex was disgusted with the guy, but since specific laws had not been passed in that state (I don't remember which one), there was nothing that they could do. |
