You say your cousin is very "status" minded. Well in order for ANY yorkie to look it's best, it needs a good grooming schedule. Not saying by any means that your cousin doesn't take good care of Kaya, just that if she groomed her more often and as yorkies should be, Kaya may look more like other yorkies! I don't know, I don't see that big of a problem with the way Kaya looks, but then I have a smorgasboard of yorkies in my Fab Four & I love them all.

Thank you so much...and I agree with you, why has she only been to a groomer one time???? Hopefully this trip and talking with someone about Kaya will get her on a better schedule.
