I know you said you didn't want Hershey's, but have you tried making the real hot chocolate (stovetop kind) that's on the side of the Hershey's cocoa box? It's usually so sweet I can't hardly drink a whole cup of it... and I have a HORRIBLE sweet tooth. Just a thought!
