Glenda earlier on this thread already admitted that she did ship as a favor. As far as being illedgible. It's very clear on my end. It's hard to read here on YT because it originated from WORD and I had to save it as a picture which left it blurry. I tried to clear it up and this was the best I could do. As I've already said I am honest and work hard in rescue. I don't go after anyone unnecessarily and I'm not trying to lynch anyone now. However, I do believe Karen and I'm trying to help her out by posting the form for her. Whether these are Glenda's pups or pups she shipped to the store as a favor for someone it is still wrong. That's all I'm going to say on the matter. Elaine
