I would try punishing them when they get this way towards the cat. Juicy and I went to my boyfriends moms house for Thanksgiving and she has two dogs three cats and 2 squirrels. Juicy did fine with them all I was def scared about the squirrels because she seems to try and chase them when we go on walks.
