ok i am concerned as well she needs to go back to vet and do you trust this vet? if not i would go to a different vet as if this dog has pancreatitis the vet should have never given a steroid shot as that will trigger pancreatitis in a yorkie and with the amount of vomitting i am concerned this is pancreatitis and they can go down hill fast with that. My dex almost died from this and it is extremely painful and the belabored breathing is a sign of pain. Is she tossing and turning as that is a sign of pain and stomach upset as well. She needs fluids as she is tiny and that much vomitting she should be on iv's as my dex was 9lbs and after 6 vomits he had to be on fluids.

Did you give your dog any high fatty foods in the past few days - treats like pupperonis or anything like that as high fatty foods will trigger pancreatitis and yorkies are prone to this.

You need to get her to the vet and have a full cbc panel done on her with a cpli and tli add on for pancreatitis as the amylase and lipase will not be indicative of pancreatitis but the cpli and tli will tell you exactly if this is pancreatitis. Did this vet do blood work before as my concern is that shot could have made things worse. I am so sorry but that much vomitting is not good and this is the first thing i think of as my dog almost died of this and yours being so small i would immediately get to the hospital as dogs mask pain better than humans but if she is tossing and turning like she cannot get comfortable and vomitting and with steroid shot and the meds you are giving are not any meds for vomitting those are for diarhea and you need to rule out pancreatitis immediately - sorry to scare you but pancreatitis is very serious
