Unlove Vomiting like mad

My poor 4 month old Yorkie, Miss Kitty, is very sick. Here's the complete history:
Thursday night, she threw up a very tiny bit. I didn't even think it was throw up, I thought she had a tiny bit of loose stool. She had been in her crate while I exercised for an hour, and I noticed the tiny bit of spit-up (about a teaspoon) when I got her back out. Since I thought it was loose bowels, not spit-up, I immediately took her outside, where she peed, but didn't evacuate her bowels. She was otherwise acting completely normally at this point. I took her out several more times, where she continued to act normally, but never pooped, only peed. (This no-pooping business is actually normal behavior for her -- she eats like a bird, and generally only has one decent bowel movement per day. When we went to bed (she sleeps with me--in a surround made of pillows), she appeared okay. When she woke me up (her collar tags jingle--I'm a light sleeper, that wakes me up), I heard her crawling over her pillows, and I thought she probably needed to go outside. She had just crawled over her pillow prison, and when I scooped her up, I noticed the same teaspoon full of mess on my comforter (still thinking it was loose bowels at this point). I then noticed she had the same quantity of throw-up (still thinking loose bowels) on her puppy blanket inside the pillow-prison I build for her to sleep on at night. I took her outside, no sign of loose bowels, no sign of sickness. But, knowing how fast these pups can go down (she only weighs 2 lbs at 4 months of age--I took her to the vet as soon as it opened on Friday morning. I still didn't know whether it was throwup or poop, and I so informed the vet. FYI, Miss Kitty has had all but her last set of puppy shots (parvo included) -- and she was scheduled to get that last set on Friday (the day I took her in because she was sick). Because the vet said parvo is experiencing a very bad outbreak in this area (there were signs all over the vets office about it, and telling you not to set your puppy down for fear of exposure !!), he tested her for parvo. She tested negative. She also was running no fever. He gave her a shot of antibiotics which also included cortisone, and sent me home with two medicines: Gastro-cote, like Peptobismal (sp?), and an antibiotic, Flagyl--both liquids. On the ride home from the vets, she threw up a bunch, until she was dry-heaving. This was the first time I knew that she was throwing up, not experiencing loose bowels. when I got home, I called the vet, told him I had now confirmed that she was throwing up, told him that she had thrown up until she was dry-heaving on the way home, and asked if the medications he had given me would have been the same if he knew she was throwing up, instead of having diarreha. (Both medication labels indicated it was for diarehha--despite my having told him I didn't know if it was throwing up or diarehha that she had been experiencing.) He didn't really address the issue, just said that she might have just been throwing up because she was carsick. (I didn't tell him, and I should have, that Miss Kitty has ridden in a car many times, for lots farther distances than the vet's office, and has never been car sick before.) I began dosing Miss Kitty as per vet's orders (Flagyl once in the evening, Gastro-cote 2 to 3 times per day. She continued to throw up all day yesterday (Friday). I didn't take her back to the vet because I hoped the antibiotic would kick in. She didn't have any interest in eating, but did drink a couple of times--then immediately threw up (within 10 or 15 minutes). She had a NORMAL size, NORMAL color, NORMAL consistency bowel movement about mid-day yesterday). She also threw up her Gastro-cote and maybe her antibiotic. (I had given her the antibiotic Friday night a few minutes (5-10?) before the Gastro-cote -- she threw up within five minutes after I gave her the Gastro-cote. So, I don't know if she had had time to absorb the antibiotic, or not. She slept through most of the night, I heard her gagging around 3:00 a.m. this morning (Saturday), but when I checked, I could see no throwup. It did appear at that time that her breathing was labored, which scared the heck out of me. I took her outside, she peed, and when I brought her back in, I offered her more water. (I'm so afraid of dehydrating her !!) She threw up a tiny bit, immediately, and then threw up a little (only about a third or less of total water ingested?). At 6:00 a.m., I gave her Gastro-cote, which she has held down (YEA!!), and I'm getting ready to give her this morning's dose of the FLAGYL. Needless to say, I'm going straight back to the vet's today, as soon as it opens. In the meantime, any experience with this kind of behavior? (Her breathing now appears fine--so I don't know what that labored breathing was about, unless she aspirated some vomit earlier--and that was causing her the trouble breathing. She appears slightly more "aware" of her surroundings this a.m. Somebody please tell me she has turned the corner. My husband and I love this little puppy so much I'm afraid we'd have to be committed if we lose her. Also, if anyone has any suggestions for non-tummy upsetting food for a VERY FINICKY eater (she hardly eats when she does feel well), I'd appreciate it. Pray for me and my little Miss Kitty, guys. Sorry for the long post. I guess it is apparent how distraught I am.
