I am so pissed right now. I sold some dishes on eBay and the box was never even opened! I packed them in another box with bubble wrap and such. Well, the person said some arrived broken so she put in a claim with USPS b/c I made her get insurance. Well they denied the claim saying it wasn't packaged properly. BS!!! It was! So now I am going to file an appeal.

Anyone work for the USPS and can give me some pointers?
