Welcome. I will ditto comments made. My grandchildren are 2, 5, 10, 14 all of them love my two. Chloe is 6 lbs and Lacey is 3, so the biggest issue I have is making sure Lacey isn't handled roughly, all with good intentions, of course. The smaller the yorkie, the more delicate, so when you talk to a breeder make sure you see the parents and inquire further if you can. A larger yorkie might fit your family better than a tiny one. I did not have a fence for a long time, daily walks on a harness works just as well if you can do it a lot in the beginning, if you get a puppy. |
