If it is true car sickness there are things you can use but my Feather used to get so upset so would throw up. When I talked to my vet she said it sounded like anxiety and told me to try benedryl. It works like a charms. I give it to her about an hour before we go and she get slightly sleepy. We went on a 6 hour car trip this summer and we stopped after 4 hour to give her another dose and she was fine.
