She is still so young. She may not have any idea what the pee pad is actually for yet.

I would just sit with Chloe ( but she was older ,about 14 weeks when we got her ) if she started to walk off the pee pad I just keep putting her back and telling her potty on the pad , and when she did it was lots of praise and treats ! It didn't take more than a couple of times of her going and getting a treat before she realized what I wanted. She still made some mistakes in the beginning , but was very easy to train , AFTER she knew what it was she was suppose to do.

I had pads in alot of places when we started so she had a better chance of getting it right. At that young age if she has to go and cant find a pad she will most likely go o the floor. Just be patient , Yorkies are smart and she will soon figure out what you want from her
