All of mine came from breeders. My first one, Kissy i got as a puppy. I visited her at 2 weeks old, 4 weeks old and 6 weeks old. I picked her up at 8 weeks old. I couldn't stand to leave her one more time so the breeder allowed me to take her home. I had no clue they needed to stay there longer to get socialized. Five years later, I got Angel from the same breeder but she was a year old when i got her. She was going to be a breeder but was too small. The last three i got from breeders on YT!!
Princess from a breeder in North Texas (she is no longer on YT) and she was also a year old when i got her. Candy came from Natalie's Yorkies at 9 months old and Meiah came from Breny, Greens Treasured Yorkshire Terriers when she was 3 years old. I bought them all from just pictures and getting to know the breeders via email and phone except for Kissy. I have been very lucky that all my girls are healthy with no LP, allergies, phyiscal issues. Buying them when they are older will also give you an idea of what size they will be and if they have any issues, that would come out by then. I love getting the teenagers. All my girls get along beautifully and they are all happy girls. I highly recommend the wonderful breeders here on YT!!!
