Pork isn't toxic to dogs or anything but it is high in fat and there are better meats to feed. As far as the fat, any meat fat is extremely dangerous to give as a snack. It can and does trigger pancreatitis easily which can be fatal.

I would stay away from pork products altogther personally.
You should know in a couple days if everything will be okay...
