I am very sorry such a scary experience. it does sound like A low blood sugar eposoide. AND the smaller a Yorkie is , the more prone they are to Hypo. Be sure that your tiny one is eating more often, and do have the emergency items on hand at all times. He is just so small, that he is at a great risk for these hypo attacks.
