Had wee Jaz for five years now, he's always chokes and gags for breath when he gets excited. Been getting worse recently, took him to the vet and she tried a steroid injection to no avail. following week he was put under anasthetic and she did an endoscopy and x-rays on him. his tonsils were swollen, he needed a tooth out and the rest of his teeth were scaled. the x-ray showed a slightly enlarged pulmnary artery in his heart, but the specialist wasn't worried about it and he (jaz) was given antibiotics. he is still choking and gags when he gets excited...can anyone help please as i am an over cautions mummy and worry about my wee baby.
