I don't have any advice to offer you, only sympathy! Poor little one. I hope he feels better soon.
Someone will have some good advice soon, but it sounds like you are doing everything right in case it is hypo.
I do know that Gizmo will sometimes spit up a little when he is tired or overly excited. Maybe it's something like that?
