Harley got chipped yesterday when he was under for his neuter. My husband didn't understand the need for the chip when he doesn't go outside without being carried by an adult or on a harness and leash, and is never left outside by himself. I feel better knowing "just in case" since he does get professionally groomed and sometimes goes to daycare. I did decide to wait until he was being neutered because my vet told me that it sometimes bothered the little guys because the needle is larger than what would normally be used on him. As for the bully sticks, I have never tried them with Harley so I can't help!
