Maybe you could try taking her into a calm room and getting her ready for the walk first? She may respond well to the one on one attention and being the first to get ready to go outside! Or is there any time through out the day that she could get taken on a walk by herself until she get more adjusted to gettting to go out? Just a couple of thoughts, I am a new yorkie mom, and have been very blessed with a laid back little boy!
