If I look around our rooms, I'll find 6, 7, 8...potty accidents

I'll clean them up with Nature's Miracle, but a couple weeks later...more accidents!

This is the only training thing he isn't getting better at...he has stopped biting, generally stopped barking, but the potty accidents continue!

Advice?
