Well... first off, she's only 8 wks..so you cant expect her to be perfect. Just like with children, potty training takes time. And you also have to find the right method for your furbaby. Infact, my baby is 1 yr and 6mo and she still has an accident from time to time.
Look for some training aides to help you out. There are sprays that you can put on the pad, that's suppose to help her want to go on it. Then you have sprays to make them not pee in certain areas...which you can use on those places she likes to go. Either way, its gonna take time and patience.
Also, make note that she's probably gonna pee right after she drinks (because her bladder is so small)... so take her to the pad.. and 30-45 min after she eats...take her right back to the pad... And always praise her when she goes potty on the pad... She'll get it
