Ok, well I ordered a belly band and thought it would make him not want to pee. It actually increased how much he marked in the house. I did start letting him out of sight more often. Now, he is either in sight, on leash, or in the exercise pen. On sight means I am looking straight at him. Even on leash I keep a very close eye on him. I had the belly band on him for two days and then stopped using it. It was a hassle since he kept peeing in it and I would have to wash it. Make sure you praise them if they pee outside or on the pad. Luckily, Max doesn't pee in my room or mark in my room at all so he is allowed free roam in my room if I am there. Otherwise he goes in the pen.

I took the belly bands off for the last three days and he seems to be improving. He did not pee in the house at all. I watch him like a hawk, especially near walls or a plant he likes to pee on. He isn't very treat motivated but I got him Yorkie Yummies and he absolutely loves these. He is getting neutered today (probably in surgery as we speak, poor baby). I hope that helps a bit.

I forgot to mention, make sure to use really thick pads. It is really annoying to have to keep washing the belly bands. Good luck!
