I am a new yorkie owner myself, and my baby girl Fiona, will be 8 months old on the 29th, and she just got spayed yesterday, and weighed 11lbs! can you belive that!? I would really tell you to break up feeding for him.....i used to work as a vet tech, and we were always told to feed puppies 3 times a day, little in the am, middle of the day, and at night...however, i usually just feed fiona twice a day...maybe you should just give him 3/4 c in the am and then little bit more at night? see if that helps!?
