Phoebe love people, cats and dogs, and when she see them from far way she start barking until they get close then she start waging her tail, she is been like that since a pup, I have try to make her stop, thank God that Melody and Shayna aren't like that, they love people, cats and dogs too, sometime they do what Phoebe do but most of the time they don't.
