I guess I am kinda confused.... Is he getting an egg for breakfast? Is the egg with his kibble? Does he eat kibble?
I would be very careful with the cheese and probably wouldn't feed him any until he began eating his kibble. I give my boys one shred of cheese as a treat, if I am shredding cheese, but I can't imagine giving them much more than that- let alone an ounce per day
