Then while she is down, I take the treat that is by her nose and kind of circle it around her head. She follows it with her head, which causes her to roll over.

I had the paw and roll over thing happen with my puppy and I. I'd say "Shake" and she'd like "Roll over?! Okay!" Hahahaa. She got it soon enough, silly girl. Gotta love them.
