Are you feeding her on a regular schedule? You should be able to predict her pooping needs. Set up a potty command for poop too. Also, exerting your dog pushes the poop down the chain, so maybe you need to run her around a little bit outside on poop runs. That may be why she pooped on the carpet while she was playing.

On the bright side, she looks absolutely adorable and TINY in her pix! Her poops must be pretty tiny too.
