You shouldn't have to be sick later just to make someone happy. I sit at the table but don't expect me to eat exploding biscuits, undercooked turkey and MSG-filled gravy, sorry. I'm looking forward to cooking on Friday I am making an all natural turkey and just the basic side dishes (potatoes, stuffing). It makes up for not eating on Thursday. I always offer to host/cook but there is a lot of resistance to change so we just do our own thing on another day. Then we get good leftovers
I know what you mean. If I eat gluten, I get really dizzy in like this 'brain fog' then I get horrible stomach aches for a few days. Its definately not worth getting sick over.
