Default Help With Pre-Neuter and Post-Neuter Care

Max (aka Panne) is going in to get neutered, teeth removed, and to have a urine test analysis tomorrow. They have to clear him on being safe for surgery and on the UTI first. He is one year old. I want to make sure I'm doing everything right. The vet said not to feed him tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm trying to let him rest today and not giving him another walk because I want him to be as strong as he can be. I will be bringing bed, harness, and leash to the vet. Am I forgetting anything?

When I pick him up I'm bringing bed, treats, food, water, and my love . I didn't think I was going to worry but now I am! I have a few questions:

1. How many days should he stay in the house without walks? Can I carry him if I have to go some where on the third day if he is doing well?

2. How many days should I make him stay in the exercise pen/leash?

3. Should I offer him food/water/treats right away when he comes home?

Any other advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Vanessa

P.S. I wanted to take a picture of him sitting, but then he decided to roll over to show off the little things that will be gone tomorrow! The pic is from my phone so it isn't very good.
