At this point, it is too late to dock them in the normal fashion...it would have to be done as a sugical procedure at this point. And PLEASE don't try the rubber band method. I'm not sure what the laws in your area are, but that is actually illegal here and you could face animal cruelty charges for it. In addition, the docked portion will not heal correctly and there will be an open wound for days that can very easily become infected.
