Yes, those things do work. I have something now that you squirt into their mounths. I just spread their lips on the side of their mouth and squirt it in there. The suddeness of the squirt scares one of mine, so for her I just put it on my finger and rub it on her lips and teeth. They also have breath mints that they chew (like a little pill), and mine used to love them, but now they won't touch them. So, just try the different things they have out there and see what yours like. Good luck!
