No offense to Bosley (cute name)...but I think it's a good idea. Imagine the chaos if a female in heat was anywhere in the vicinity.
Neutered animals are generally less aggressive also.
I personally don't take mine to our dog parks...because several of the parks...several different years have been closed for parvo outbreaks. The only vaccine proof needed here is rabies...so no thanks...we play at home.
