Hi, I truely believe it's all about consistency! I have had GUCCI for about 3 weeks now and he is paper trained, doesn't go potty in his crate unless he's mad at me lol (working on that!) and doesn't cry at night unless he has to go potty then it's back night night for him with no fuss.

Just make sure that you ignore her ( sleep her where she can see you but ignore the cries ) and let her fall asleep .. if she wakes you up at night get her out to go potty right away and put her right back in and maybe say the phrase night night so that she gets used to knowing that it's that time now. She may wake you up 3-4 x's but you gotta get up or she won't learn.

My apologies I keep getting off topic, YES it's ok to let her cry if you are training her and it's her first few nights in the crate and nothing is wrong with her.. I was worried about this as well but it passes as long as you are consistent with her. Hope that helps!
