Well i'd be a little worried about the dynamic is creates between your dogs-they are not being treated fairly- so watch out for that.
as for crying- VERY normal- i'd say after 3-4 nights she will stop- but make sure if she wakes you up crying that you take her out to pee- she is still very young to be holding in. I woudl keep her in the room with you at bed level so she can see you- dogs are pack animals and need to sleep with their "pack"
